By engaging Social Allies for any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all packages, coaching engagements, workshops, and on-site services provided by Social Allies.
Social Allies provides organic digital marketing, listing optimisation, agent outreach, and answer engine optimisation (AEO) services to tourism operators. The specific scope of work will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement provided prior to commencement.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST. Monthly retainer packages require a minimum 3-month commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All package pricing is a starting point and may be adjusted based on the specific needs and scale of your operation. Any negotiated pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.
Monthly packages may be cancelled with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled. One-off workshop and coaching payments are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. On-site intensive bookings require 14 days notice for cancellation; travel costs already incurred are non-refundable.
You agree to provide Social Allies with timely access to any accounts, platforms, or materials required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by failure to provide access may affect delivery timelines without liability to Social Allies.
Social Allies will use reasonable skill and care to deliver agreed services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, booking volumes, or search rankings, as these are influenced by factors outside our control. Case study results referenced on this website reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.
Content created by Social Allies on your behalf (captions, posts, guides) becomes your property upon full payment. Social Allies retains the right to reference the engagement as a case study (without identifying your business by name without consent).
Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information shared during the engagement confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Social Allies' liability is limited to the value of fees paid in the month in which any issue arose. Social Allies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
